Community Development Service Project supports the social and economic wellbeing of Project Affected People (PAPs) through integrated community development interventions. Implemented under a structured CSR framework, the project focuses on education, healthcare, and skill development to promote sustainable community resilience.

 Main Activities:

  • Implemented community development programs for Project Affected People (PAPs) as per the resettlement plan
  • Maintained a permanent CSR department for project planning and execution
  • Education support:
    • Operated a primary school at the Community Development Center (CDC) (Pre-primary to Class Five)
    • Operated 6 sub-centers providing education from Class One to Class Four
  • Healthcare services:
    • Operated a clinic at the CDC
    • Operated 6 sub-clinics staffed by 1 MBBS doctor and 4 paramedics
  • Skill development:
    • Operated a training center offering tailoring and handicraft training
