Objective
To ensure that service delivery institutions are more responsive.
Result
- People are organized to claim their rights;
- Increased capacity of citizens in project areas to monitor activities of government service delivery institutions;
- Capacity of the duty bearers increased.
Main Activities
Situation analysis, orientation of the Local Government Institutions (LGIs) and Service Providers for pro-poor service delivery, orientation of service providers and local level decision makers for influencing appropriate and demand responsive services, capacity building of local citizens for their engagement in monitoring advocacy works.
